| Romania received a lot of attention over the past year, since ranked first in Amanda Lamb's "A place in the sun" property show. With a real estate market in the early stages, recently introduced mortgages, and plenty of ongoing development projects, Romanian real estate seems to mix well attraction and fear. In addition, since joining the EU, Romania came "closer" to foreign investors.
I might be seen as having a slightly biased view (see below), but I do want to hear more about people's thoughts and interests in Romanian property. I am not going to start by saying that it is a good or bad investment, I'll wait for your views first.
