| Hi,
I run a foreign property company and sell in both the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida. The subject of mortgages is some what of a grey area, as many companies advertise 100% mortgage when this is not actually true. The maxium you can get is normally 95% which in turn means that you need to borrow an extra 5% in the way of a bank loan.
