Margarita Island is growing, with a number of new developments and several new developments being released at the begining of '07...

Hi Valdemecum,

I have been following the progress of a proposed new development in Long Island, Bahamas, for some time now. This development is being proposed by a British company and to gain a right to buy contract for a plot of land in the new development you need to purchase a plot of land first in an area of land surronding this area.

Things take a little longer in the Bahamas but it may be worth you checking it out?

Good luck and happy New Year.

I have just found a great project on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica that I think just might be the next hot spot in the Caribbean. The project is called IslaMoin and is going to be a rather big luxury resort and marina. Its the first of its kind on the Atlantic Coast, there are no other major projects currently there or even in the works. The Pacific was known as the hot spot, but it is a bit overdeveloped now and I think everyone is now looking to the Caribbean.
The site is www.IslaMoin.com

Good Luck

Hi Looked at the costa rican site but no prices mentioned. I hate it when you have to contact an agent just to find out approx prices so you have an idea of whether you are in the right price bracket at all
