| i am thinking of buying a penthouse at sania plage 3 bed 2 bath 250+ euros ..somethings holding me back...must be the price!!!! love it but what else can i get for my money.. .what would be the best buys and why??? .must haves - close to airport, beach, golf courses local amenities and sea view |

| | Hi, for that sort of money look at the Plan Azure Resort, all the facilities you could think of onsite, numerious golf courses, some plots have sea views, plus they are govt backed resorts. If you require further info let us know. |

| but their is not a plan azur site at Tetouan
I'n my opinion Plan Azur sights are expensive
But then again so are MRI
There is good EXISTING golf at Tangier and Cabo Negro dont think there are any exisiting courses at Saidia so cannot play golf their at the moment perhaps in 3 years ???
