| | After a long wait the first dedicated Emaar project, Tinja, in Tangiers is very close to launch. Due to the exceptional reputation and track record of this developer the 1st phase is expected to sell out very quickly and prime units will certainly move within a matter of days after release.
We met with the developer (Emaar) in Rabat yesterday and although some details are yet to be decided it will be a project that is un-rivaled in Morocco currently.
Brief Overview - Emaar Tinja

| | We are aware that over the last couple of weeks we have seen a huge increase in people viewing the Emaar thread on our Forum and I would imagine that by the end of the week we will exceed over 2000 visitors. We have now also received over 50 direct enquires regarding the Tinja development with many of those wanting to reserve properties as soon as the project is released. We have now set up a direct landing page for Emaar developments in Morocco which will be updated as and when the information is released to us by Emaar. | EMAAR seems to be having problems getting things off the ground ?? haven't they been delayed further when 3 of the other in the block have released theirs PBGR/TANJA and Al Houri ??
Whats the progress on the other EMAAR developments ???? |
