| I have had some dealings with Compass - I found them to be generally deceptive in their dealings and would stay clear of them. They do not care about the investor at all and focus simply on what they can make on you....

| Many of the properties at Mirador and Compass are overpriced, focused on the inexperienced Europeans who have little alternative - not good business imho as sooner or later people will discover high quality builds in Tangiers itself at a fraction of the price with higher all-year round rental returns and capital growth. I've bought some properties there now...they're working out much better than investments outside of Tangiers...

| Tangies is much better than tetouan area where Mirador Golf is located. The developper of Mirador lack of experience. I suggest few properties off plan in Tangiers area, better priced, well located and promise a lot in terms of investment. completion by oct 2009, very well known developper. contact me if interested in this opportunity : info@fkdev.com
