| I am in the process of purchasing a piece of land by the Mekong river nearby Mukadahan area, in Issan. I have 2 questions:
1/ I am using thailand beach properties agency. Has anyone heard of them?
2/ I am betting that Mukdahan has a lot of potential due to the second bridge on the Mekong that was finished 2 years ago. It is now the shortest gateway by road to access Vietnam. Development should be on the rise. Anybody would like to share their opinion with me?
