| Can anyone tell me if compensation is allowed for people who bring us buyers that purchase our luxury homes? In the US we are able to pay fees and have paid as much as $100k USD for a buyer referral.
We want to be sure that we abide by your laws and use proper documentation. If it is allowed there, can someone send me the agreement that is acceptable there? We have also established JV Partnerships with others in different countries so that we can work on many deals together.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Collaboration as far as a company refferring buyers to you is permitted from here, I have a number of arrangements worldwide, the only limitations that we come accross generally are the commission levels involved and that can have an effect from it being commercially viable. We do have a "work with us page" on the site, if you go to http://www.propertyshowrooms.com/work_with_us.asp And click on the relevant section leaving your contact details, we will be in touch to discuss how we might work together.

| Hi, Yes as peter so rightly put it.
Australia's property market is one of the worlds most transparent and regulated. Unfortunately for resellers the commissions to be made aren't typically high as developers don't factor in more than a few percent. The typical kickback for resellers can be between 2-4%.

| | If he's an agent, every agent you approach should provide you with a quote to sell your home, setting out a predicted selling price and the agent's fee. Remember to ask for exactly what the commission buys you: some agents will offer newspaper advertising alone, while others may organize open house inspection days, letterbox drops and other effective forms of promotion. For this reason, the agent with the lowest commission fee is not necessarily the wisest economic option. |
