| Turkey – an Inspection Trip Market?
Is there still really an inspection trip market out there these days?
After all the recent controversy over some property companies literally herding their clients onto planes and then onto crowded buses, bullying them all the way before finally pushing them in front of a credit card machine and saying anything they can to make a sale, are the general public still open to the idea of inspection trips?
I still believe there is definitely a market for inspection trips, with all the companies out there these days it is hard to know who to trust and for those who are unsure, an inspection trip gives them the perfect opportunity to go over to their place of interest, see the site and the infrastructure going in around the area. Most importantly you get to meet the people involved in the project and sometimes even get to see other projects they have completed and get an idea of their levels of workmanship.
I am delighted to announce that this week has seen the launch of Propertyshowrooms.com’s very own Inspection Trip Department, kicking off with 2 of my favourite regions in Turkey, Bodrum and Fethiye, amongst others.
The trips will start at £99 per person and this fee could even be refunded if you were to go on to buy a property. Once again we seem to have something for everyone, from 1 bedroom apartments all the way up to a 5 bedroom secluded villa on its own private island. For further information on the properties available to view on the inspection trips please click here.
I think from the response we have seen so far to the inspection trips shows that there is definitely a market for them if you do things in the correct manner.
If anyone out there has recently been on an inspection trip to Turkey, good or bad, I would be interested to hear your thoughts as to what made the trip a pleasant experience or what it was that made it horror story?! |
