| I would like to purchase a 2 bedroom house in Bulgaria and i'm thinking of a village about 15-20 km from the sea (Varna region). My budget is about 50 000 Euro. I'm not very acquainted with the buying process all i know is that i have to set up a Bulgarian company. Can someone recommend me an estate agency to help me with the company and the purchace? Any information will be helpful for me.

Last summer i bought a house through HouseBulgaria. I think you will find a house according to your requirements on their web site (they have a very large database of propertires). Also youl find a helpful information about buying in Bulgaria. Hope this helps. Good luck |

| | Hi Tricky you have a large oportunities of buying property in Bulgaria, however Bulgaria recently joined the EU, and some changes might be made already !I was looking for a property for a mate from UK and he found one near Obzor, that is close to Varna, if you need any help I cam give you few websites to check ! |
