Did you manage to find a builder who sold properties. If not we have just purchased a semi detached villa directly from the builders which we are very happy about. If you need further info please send me an e-mail.

i have not heard of that many people buying direct from a builder/developer, there doesnt seem to be many direct sales available in Turkey , most people ive spoken to have bought from an agent. I guess that you have a bit more security and unbais opinion from an agent if they are selling property from other countries too whereas the Turkish builder is only going to be interested in getting money for that site. Might be worth trying to find an agent that either has that site for sale or others that can give you an opinion on. I'm looking at buying from Principal International, they seem to know what they are talking about, give them a call. Good luck

| Hi, in our experience most developers sell through agents also you are unlikely to get a better deal going direct. we are currently looking to buy in the fetheyi area and have been using Landmark Properties International the guys there have been very helpful and have helped get us a better deal with the developer i think they have developments from bodrum down the coast to alanya.
