I have read many of the posts on this forum and people are dashing to all corners of the globe into uncharted territory. What is wrong with buying property in the old favourites like spain and france? I read an article about new possibilities in these countries where towns are expanding their boundaries but the process has not yet been finalised. Here you can by what is non building land now which is designated for building land in the future. The article was in andalucia .com so it should be correct. Does anyone know any more about this as I would rather stick to countries with an established real estate sytem than buying in EMERGING countries with no track record and economic instability.
