I just wondered if there was anyone out there who was involved or knows about the Vila Verde project. I'm buying a 2 bedroom apt. on the complex and would like to share knowledge with like minded investors.

Cape Verde has been tipped to be the next best place and coming on here and not seeing 1 post about it i was shocked, i have gjust brought 2 1 bedroom apartments from a large inderpentant UK LTD company who were great, i didnt know what i was looking to buy and they gave me excellent advise and did not tell me what i want to buy they didnt try to force sell me any specific development, after seeing all the facts i came clear that this development was a good development, if anyone is looking at buying here please let me know as i have spent so much time looking into this i am more than happy to help anyone in need.

Investment in Santiago and Maio

During my last trip to Cape Verde i have seen some great opportunity in Santiago Island and Maio. I have been to Maio because it's look like an interesting place to buy property as it's not too far from Santiaog ( 08 mns by plane) and most interesting better beaches. I hope to get back there for more days.
Anyone that like Maio can contact me for pictures or changing idea.

Something that we have had requests for now that a number of developments are now approaching completion is furniture. Where and how to get it? Many companies offer it, but once you work out all the taxes and import duty (In the region of 85%) and find out whether you need to ship it there yourself, it can work out incredibly expensive!

We have managed to set up an arrangement with a company that can provide furniture solutions, (supply and delivery) as well as enable substantial savings on the taxes and import duty.

Hi All,

I'm interested in investing in property in Cape Verde - and after looking around have decided that Noscasa look to be the best company to use.

Has anyone any extra knowledge of them that might be useful? - their site is noscasacv.com and it all seems to check out on there. And any tips that you think might come in useful with any part of the process?
