Where I went wrong in the first place was chasing around all of these web sites that obviously cost a fortune, and are designed to attract people. Well is worked! I was attracted to the bright lights, and ended up wasting time and money chasing around with estate agents that really did not know what they were up to. The biggest problem that I came across in Bulgaria was that lots of people, English and Bulgarian, were trying to make fast money by advertising on the internet and rushing people around in fast cars, scaring the hell out of them! If I were doing it again from scratch, I would go onto Google and use it like it should be used. Don’t just type in ‘property in Bulgaria’ or some dumb phrase like that. Try searching for something like ‘Bulgarian property expert’ or some phrase that gets you in front or articles or reports on property companies, or people that have been around for a few years and have a proper office! There are a few people in Bulgaria that come up on the news pages, or UK television like channel 5. Give it a go, good luck

RE: A house in Bulgaria

Hi, have you considered other places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast like Burgas?

RE: A house in Bulgaria

Hi Tricky you have a large oportunities of buying property in Bulgaria, however Bulgaria recently joined the EU, and some changes might be made already !I was looking for a property for a mate from UK and he found one near Obzor, that is close to Varna, if you need any help I cam give you few websites to check !

RE: A house in Bulgaria

Hi tricky<br>Last summer i bought a house through HouseBulgaria.
