New land for sale only 1km from "Jardin des fleurs"

Hi everyone,
we posses a very big land of 29Hect just 1km form "Jardin des fleurs" and want to sell it.

The prices of lands there have already increased much and is continuing to increase because of the new touristic area. The problem is that our land is very very big and we doesn't know how to get in touch with potential investor.
Agencies in Morocco don't look very professional, and we don't know what are the real-estate agencies around the world that handle this kind of high value investement
(around 14.500.000 euro).

Does any one knows how to get in touch with potential investors who are interested by this opportunity?

Our reply to this email was as follows, does anybodyelse have any views???????

Its the 3rd July 2007 today, you are flying on the 6th July, don't you think a
little more notice to your investors would have been more accommodating,
especially due to the recent security measures in the UK, most people would
have needed more time to organize, at least a week to 10 days to organize
diaries. Therefore I am disappointed to report that we are NOT able to
organize our time as such to come to this trip.

It is increasing becoming apparent, that there is a lack of information being
available to investors on the progress of Jadin de Fleur. Where is the web cam
promised by Sean, where are the progress pictures and regular reports???? What
stage are we at, when can we expect completion. We need you all to communicate
with us, because at the moment, any potential investor people who are
interested in your project are looking towards us for recommendation and we are
not able to give positive feedback.

A detailed report of the progress would be much appreciated as would notice of
any further visits to Oujda.

In January we had a letter from Sean of Property Logic via Property Showrooms, requesting our 2nd 20% payment on a flat we are purchasing in Jardin de Fleur.....................we did this as requested, cleared it with our legal representatives (Legalex)................then Legalex contact us in February saying that we must send them the money as their was a problem with the car parking modifications but at this stage we had already paid the money to Property Logic.

We were unhappy with this because after explaining to Legalex that we had transferred the funds already with their approval, we were having difficulties getting a confirmation from Property Logic. At a state of panic, we e-mailed Property Logic - No answer given, Property Showrooms - no answer!!!!, finally Legalex management had to be informed after which Property Logic confirmed and finally ................5 months down the line, we have a letter confirming the receipt of the 2nd 20%.

Also other concerns, when the group almost a year ago visited the site we were promised regular updates and Sean Cusack personally stated that their will be a web cam installed to give us a realtime picture of what is happening with building site..............so whats happened!!!!!!!!!!!!

Losing faith..........lets hope we're on schedule

Repatriation of Funds

I'm abit confused about what currency we need to purchase LJDF property in. Property Logic have asked for the 1st 20% payment to be in Euro's, with the following installments being paid in Moroccan Dirhams. I thought that I read somewhere that unless all payments were in Moroccan Dirhams, then you may NOT be able to repatriate all funds upon sale of the property. Have I got the wrong end of the stick or is there a problem here. Any advice Andy?

Is the Purchase Price inclusive of VAT?

Is the maid service etc included in the Service charge?
