| Hello
Cape Verde has been tipped to be the next best place and coming on here and not seeing 1 post about it i was shocked, i have gjust brought 2 1 bedroom apartments from a large inderpentant UK LTD company who were great, i didnt know what i was looking to buy and they gave me excellent advise and did not tell me what i want to buy they didnt try to force sell me any specific development, after seeing all the facts i came clear that this development was a good development, if anyone is looking at buying here please let me know as i have spent so much time looking into this i am more than happy to help anyone in need. |

| Hi Newbie
I am going out to Sal in December for 5 days on an inspection trip. I have reserved a 1 bedroom unit in Santa Maria, but can change to another developement if I wish when I am out there.
Can I ask what developers you used? I am using MRI International. I have been very impressed with them so far. Very imformative, and enthuiastic as opposed to pushy!!
Anything tips u can give me will be much appreciated.

| Hi, Around 6 months ago i bought my property in Cape Verde a 2 bed condo in Sal from a company called 'Property Abroad'. I have lived here ever since and i love it. When i was looking into buying in Cape Verde i ignored everything other people told me about the crime rate, price decrease/increase, weather etc. Of course it still lingered in the back of my mind but Cape Verde was my dream place. I got a huge amount of help from the team at Property Abroad and within afew months i was moved into my apartment.
At the end of the day the only opinion that matters is yourselves. Everyone has different views on the countries they invest in, but dont let that stop you from doing what YOU want to do. I'd deffinately recommend Cape Verde as an investment. And most deffinately recommend you trying out the Property Abroad website.
