I keep on browsing for new information about moroccan properties and I saw this:

House price growth continues strong in Morocco

http://www.globalpropertyguide.com/country.php?id=131&cid=me&cat=2

do you think this is still fairly accurate, number-wise?

If you know more links about where to get indepth information on moroccan property, please pm me or post it on the thread here because i need it bad, thank you very much!

in regards to your posting the rough figure for the rate of property prices are rising at about 20% a year and in regards to you wanting to know about moroccan property go to www.casablancaproperties.co.uk as i have just purchased from them and they have been very helpfull.

Their figures are reasonable - I've managed over 60% annual returns on what I have bought in Tangiers and rental returns of over 20%...
