| Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know that Jardin de Fleur have just this minute released plot VVT5 which is consists of 50 townhouses in 3 different styles:
Marguerite, Tulipe and Orchidée. They all comprise of 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and are built over 3 levels. The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious with a glass wall separating it from the bathroom. The properties will be built to a very high standard, with marble flooring throughout and German NOBILIA kitchens.
The design of the townhouses is modern Moroccan style with stainless steel and wooden accents and is truly unique with many special features such as the roof top swimming pool with a waterfall cascading to the ground.

The payment structure for the townhouses is as follows:
€ 3,000 reservation deposit
20% payment on PPC
20% payment on start of construction (est. January 2007)
60% payment on completion
