| | | | can anyone please send me or post info on the palm beach resort as i have read a few threads about this. a couple of people i have spoke to have said it has all planning and permissions in place and is going to be a good investment but i would like other peolpes views on this before i go ahead with this further. anyone with any details of this or who has made an inspection trip your posts would be very usefull

| | | | | Palm Beach Resort is on the south side of Asilah, Tanja is about a 15 mins drive north of Asilah, hope this help you.. |

| | | | Both Palm Beach and Asilah Marina Golf have big problems. Palm Beach has been withdrawn by Casablanca, this tells you something when the main agent (they're not the developer). Steer well clear.
Also had Asilah Marina Golf checked by legalex in Marbella and they strongly advised against buying on it. I have a complete report of anyone interested.
