| I currently use http://www.hallbulgarianpropertyservices.com. they seem pretty good and they pick you up from airport, anyone know of any other caretaking services in Bulgaria?
Halls just seem pretty cheap I want to have a look see what the others change

| How is the situation going now with the Bulgarian goverment? Are they still behaving like lose canons? Is there talk of this massive 75% tax on foreigners selling their properties?
