| | Hi Debbie, I have just had a browse at your magazine and it looks great. Its good to see someone telling people about Bulgaria and explaining more about the country and its culture. We dont even mind that there are property adverts in it. What we are trying to do within this forum is not only talk about property but also educate people on the countries that they are looking to invest in. More than happy to have you on board and I look foward to having a look at the next issue. Thanks very much! I'm glad you enjoyed reading! Hopefully the magazine will get better as we go along. It's important to us to promote Bulgaria, as few people realise how beautiful it is..

Thanks for the link to your magazine, I work for an agent in the North who has been selling Bulgaria now for just over a year and agree with Andy that it is crucial that this sort of information is made available to our clients and its refreshing to see so much information about the location so it is an educational tool not just a sales tool. We have designed our own in-house 'buyers guides' to provide similar information and really just help to make clients aware of the ins and outs of buying in this location.
What effect do you think it will have on the market that Bulgaria has not won the bid for the Olympics?

| | Hi Charlie, What made you think that Bulgaria were ever going to get the Olympics. I must have heard that sales line thousands of times at exhibitions all over the UK. Yes they had put in a bid for it, but the way i see it is that it was more so that the EU could give Bulgaria grants so that they could improve the resorts ready for when they enter into Europe. You cannot honestly believe that Bulgaria had any chance. Andy |
