Hi,
I have a contact whom I have dealt with in the past, they are based in Dalyan and are trustworthy. They have a gresat selection of properties or will act on your behalf for any property of your choice.
Let me know if this is of interest.

Hi James,

I'm an agent covering the Antalya region. We have golf villas, city apartments, beach apartments and cheap apartments in the quiet outlying suburbs of Antalya. Antalya city has 2 blue flag beaches and a night life that goes throughout the whole year instead of smaller touristic villages that are like ghost towns for 8 months of the year. Property in or near Antalya city increases your resale value at the end of the day and your potential market. This is due to the nearby epicentre of golf in Turkey and tourism not just from foreigners but from Turkish nationals also. Antalya city has 4.5 million permanent residents of all nationalities.

The cheapest apartment we have is €37,500 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom community apartment, near Lara beach (blue flag) with pool, sauna and only 10 minutes to the airport by taxi. We also have penthouse apartments with sea views for €200,000, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, gym. shared pool, manned security and just a short walk to the beach. Airport 20 minutes by taxi. Also available are golf villas starting at €240,000 for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious open plan living sareas with terraces and balconies looking over your private pool and gardens. Within 10 minutes to a number of championship standard golf courses including the new Nick Faldo course. Still only 30 minutes to the airport.

We now also offer mortgages and our partner company is the first to have successfully completed in Turkey's history. We offer 6.9% fixed rate Euro mortgages over 20 years, secured against your Turkish property, not your assets back home. Mortgages in Sterling are at 7.5% and open new avenues for UK buyers in Turkey. UK standard mortgage applications ar used because we have the flexibility of using UK lenders who accept our valuation of a target property.
