I'm an agent covering the Antalya region. We have golf villas, city apartments, beach apartments and cheap apartments in the quiet outlying suburbs of Antalya. Antalya city has 2 blue flag beaches and a night life that goes throughout the whole year instead of smaller touristic villages that are like ghost towns for 8 months of the year. Property in or near Antalya city increases your resale value at the end of the day and your potential market. Within 10 minutes to a number of championship standard golf courses including the new Nick Faldo course. Still only 30 minutes to the airport.
