Hi Flyhilde,

As the International Sales Manager for Property Showrooms i would be interested as to how you found out about Mirador Golf and what you think makes it look good as an overseas property investment. It is not a project that we deal with but i have heard about it many times, so far nothing bad.

Welcome to our forum and good luck getting the answers that you need.

Please feel to contact me directly at any time should you have any questions or require further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Andy Welland

Hi

I am new to this forum having read it for the last few weeks and have gathered much information and peoples views on many topics. I have been offered the chance to buy a 2 bed apartment at mirador golf. Does anyone/everyone think this is a good investment opportunity. The alternative is to buy a 2 bed apartment at Saidia. This would cost twice as much but would this offer a better potential gain? My budget is up to about £90K and i have seen 2 bed penthouse resale on Saidia offered for this sort of amount. Can't decide which way to go. Any thoughts?

Hi,

I personally feel that Saidia is the better in terms of the resort but it depends on what you are looking to make this purchase for.

What are you getting for your money in Saidia?

Are you only getting a 1 bed apartment in a bad position that might be considered as the lower end of the scale as to what is available there and will it effect your potential rentals and resale.

Or does your money get you a better unit in a different area on another development.

Are you using 100% capital? if so you might also want to look at other areas like Bodrum in Turkey.

It really does depend on the reason why you are purchasing to make sure that you get the best value for money.

We found out about Mirador Golf on the Internet. (A link is posted below). We feel it will be a good investment because the King of Morrocco is driving plans to boost tourism and put tax relief schemes in place to encourage foreign investment.

Apologies for taking so long to reply

I am considering buying a 65m2 2 bedroom apt at Mirador Golf. I have been quoted a price of 39,500 pounds which seems reasonable. I found the apt through the www.morocco-property.com website. ( Terra Sur Investment Property S.L.)
Have other people used this agency and if so can they be recommended? If you have dealt with a different agency and can recommend them I would also like to hear from you.

Some of us who have bought at Mirador Golf plan to meet around noon 3rd December, at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. To get to know future neighbours, exchange notes and photographs and discuss and maybe make plans. If anyone might like to join us send me a message.
