i have friends that were thinking of investing in Bulgaria and needed some advice on that subject, i think they found lots of help at solseekerworldwide.com and a few other web sites, in the long run they loved they're investment there.

Hi,
at that moment the situation in Bulgaria is not very good ., the prices of the apartments are very expensive... The statistic shows that from the beginnign of the year prices are diminishing from 10% to 15%, many of the investors stopped their building projects..., so you should thinking what to do. Good luck!

For accurate details, you have to read the market of that particular area, is it developing area or not, it is always advices to invest in developing area, they are more promising in terms of return.
