I would like to put this message in each Country-Forum, but I thought the administrator would ban me. So I chose to put it just here so far, but we are looking for partners potentially in each country.
I write on behalf of a New York based real estate development firm, backed by one of Asia's largest private real estate groups. In five countries, the firm’s real estate portfolio includes over 50 properties totaling almost 20 million square feet of residential, commercial, and hotel space, as well as golf course developments. The firm is committed to create properties featuring unparalleled architectural integrity and beauty in select prime locations globally. The company is interested in finding reliable and strong partners for high-end condo and luxury branded hotel/resort projects to be developed in interesting markets. What we bring to the table is equity capital and major brands known worldwide for the lifestyle and the quality they represent. What we expect from the partner is:
- a track record as developer knowledgeable of his/her environment;
-a location that justifies the final premium required.
I wonder if you could provide some names and contact information of potential developers that will be able to create a partnership with us. We would like to develop super luxury residential (or condo hotel) in prime location. We would bring in specific brand relationships and equity.
