| Hello everybody,
I just want to shear my happiness with you. We live in Germany. Me and my husband spent a few summers in Bulgaria, last time was in Albena. We’ve heard many people complaining, but we loved every holiday. That's why we decided to get a house. I was told by a colleague to look for a house away from the coast because they are cheaper. I was surprised how many houses and agencies and websites I found on the net, we didn't know where to start. We searched and searched, i think anyone who has gone through it knows what it's like. There were so many agencies that I started to forget which house was offered by which agent. And we had decided to move to Bulgaria eventually, so we didn't want to miss an offer. We were quite regularly in touch with the team from bulgarianhouse.com (I don't know if it's ok to say the site), they sent us offers for the money we had, so we didn't browse the site too much. That's why we decided to make arrangements with them at first. We had a few calls about the viewing trip and eventually visited Varna this February. They were very kind and helpful, made a hotel reservation, picked us from the airport, they made the drive around the houses real fun. Nothing that much at first sight, but we made a difference when we went to view with two other agents. Anyway, from all the houses we saw, we took one of those by BH. Now my husband and I will spent our holiday in our OWN house in Bulgaria and we can spend nice holiday there. My husband has a friend who is a solicitor, but honestly we didn't use much of his services. The whole purchase wasn’t long. It took just a month and half to sort everything. We completed last month and they helped us with the company and the deal, and arranged to get the windows changed. Now satisfied owners of a house, just a drive from the sea. I wish to all new buyers in Bulgaria our luck and to have our good experience. And I don’t want this to be like advertisement, just want to help to everybody who wants to get a house there.

i'm totaly agree with you.Bulgarian properties are realy good investment. I'm realy lucky that i met this agency bulgarianproperties4all. they are the reason to have wondeful time in this country.
With wich agency you bought property in Bulgaria?

| | Hi there, i am also in love with this country.I bought from a man named Paul in Elhovo,has an office in the centre, next to the church and I am not sorry. The thing I like most is the weather in elhovo region- it is so hot and sunny, no rain,no wind - nothing. Check it on elhovo.co.uk |
