Opposite this barn is a ruined building and a pond. The construction is sound, with stone walls and tiled roof, and all the ceilings are a good hight with a wealth of exposed beams, the windows are wood, there is a septic tank, but central heating remains to be installed. With exceptional views of the Pyrenees, with the pic de Cagire as a backdrop, you could be the first to don your skis in the season. The area is also particularly good for long horse rides, cycling or motorcycling, and of course for walking all the year round. This lovely property is situated 15 minutes from St Gaudens and from the station (TGV), the A64 motorway, from the town of Aspet and from a golf range, 30km from St Girons, 55mins from Tarbes, 1 hour from Toulouse (TGV, motorail, International Airport - Easyjet, Flybe, BMIBaby), 45 minutes from Spain and 30 minutes from the lower ski slopes, 2 hours from Biarritz and the Atlantic beach resorts, and 2hrs 30mins from the Mediterranean.
