Final Payment
Upon completion of all properties within Château de la Cazine's Chateau, the remainder of the price of your property will be payable.
At this point the rental guarantee will commence and we will pay this directly into your bank account.
Purchase Procedure - Village Properties
The purchase procedure for both full ownership and fractional properties is very straightforward, as detailed below. What is particularly profitable about this investment is that we will pay you interest payments or rental returns from the moment that you first pay your deposit, right through to two years or nine years (depending on which option you choose) after the property?s completion, resulting in a positive cashflow situation from the moment that you first pay your deposit!
Reservation Fee:
A £1,000 fully refundable reservation fee is payable upon reservation of full ownership properties. For fractional ownership properties the reservation fee is £500. Viewing trips are available from just £100* per person with your reservation.
Deposit:

Final payment
Upon completion of all properties within phase one of Château de la Cazine, the remainder of the price of your property will be payable. At this point the rental guarantee will commence and we will pay this directly into your bank account.
Finance
