The roof is tiled, construction traditional in stone. The heating is by fireplace with fuel-oil burning insert which pipes the heat throughout the house. The drainage is connected to the mains.
The garden is fenced and an additional piece of lawn on the other side of the fence also belongs to the property. The garden contains cherry, plum and fig trees and a well. During the big drought of 1957, the whole village came here for water - the only well that wasn't dry.
The village centre is 500m away -with 3 restaurants, bakery, grocer, bank, post office, etc.; it is 9 km from the tourist town of Condom, 33k Lectoure and Auch; 40km Agen (high speed trains); 1 hour 30 mins Toulouse (Easyjet, BA, FlyBe, AerLingus), 2 Œ hours from the Atlantc coast abd 2 œ hours to the ski slopes and Spain.
