Outstanding property. Stucco building in excellent condition. With attention to detail in the years 2001 to 2003 in the highest quality all around, inside and outside, complete down to the smallest angle through renovated and well modernized. Despite the quiet location, the property is conveniently located. Buses and trams just a few steps. The highway is reached after 12 minutes and takes you in 15 minutes in the inner city. Spandau is reached in about 25 minutes direct.
