Leading off to the right of bedroom three are French doors with direct access to the courtyard. The ensuite to bedroom three again carries the same dimensions and quality finishes as bedroom one and two.

Within the ground floor terracing lies the swimming pool. The pool measures 3.5m x 9m with an additional 2m x 2m step area, the pool depth is a constant 1.3m and is beautifully finished with glazed agean blue tiles with a band of white tiles defining the pool water level. The pool has four pool lights that can be operated independently of other landscape lights. Just off the pool area is a traditional purpose built barbeque area for everyone to enjoy. Up from the pool area there are the stone stairs that take you down to the Apothiki which is directly beneath the lounge area.
