Direct access to the coast / beach in 2 minutes by foot, just opposite the front side of the plot.
Fully accessible through the main coastal road (to which the fields’ one side is adjacent) that connects the center of the island to the far northern point. Also, it is directly accessible through the new local roads that connect the ‘inner’, western facing Cliffside of Santorini (Caldera) and the main town/villages to the eastern coastal side.
This area,(one of the wine regions of Santorini) between the main villages of Imerovigli and Oia and approaching the area of Koloumpos, has not been constructed although infrastructure is in place and is mainly farmland, however, with very interesting sights of archaeological, religious and cultural interest nearby apart from the villages around it.
Indicative time based distances by car: 15 minutes to / from the island’s capital (Fira) through the coastal road, 12 minutes to / from Imerovigli (the highest inhabited point on the caldera – one of the best preserved villages on the island, popular for its breathtaking views and an exclusive accommodation area) using the local and coastal roads, 10 minutes to / from Oia (a world famous settlement for its preserved architecture and beautiful views of the island and the sunset, excellent dinning, shopping etc.) through the coastal road.
