There is plenty of outdoor space with great sea and island views.

The location of the Villa is classed as Votsi but it actually falls between the villages of Votsi and Rousoum, both being only a three to five minute walk away depending how energetic you are feeling or how much local wine you have consumed!
Votsi has a quiet little beach a few minutes stroll away from a couple of Tavernas, and Rousoum has a small beach with a good number of Tavernas along side. Both are beautiful locations.
Sparteness is a beautiful beach that is found by a twenty-minute walk through the Pine Forest. The walk is well worth the effort. There are no Tavernas on this beach, so taking a picnic with plenty to drink is a must and you will very probably find yourselves completely alone. Idyllic!
There are a couple of local supermarkets just a few minutes’ walk away from the villa and butchers, ideal if you fancy a BBQ.
The location is great if you enjoy getting about on foot, the main harbor town of Patitiri is a twenty minutes walk, Rousoum three to five minutes. There are some great beaches that are a bit further afield.
This property would make a lovely retirement or holiday home and because of lf its lovely location and close proximity to tavernas, shops and beaches would be easy to rent out and generate an income.
