Property in Hungary

Despite an austere Communist past, Hungary now offers property purchasers a highly appealing country in which to invest in Western style luxury at only half the price of many European destinations. With a host of cultural and sporting activities as well as rustic villages and tourist resorts on the lakes, Hungary’s Eastern European flavour remains strong, while its popularity is on the increase due to recent membership of the EU and a capitalist economy with a growing tourisft industry.
