Those keen to buy property in Italy can choose from a number of homes on wine-growing estates, it has been reported.
In a feature on the subject, the Daily Mail noted that this includes the chance to pick up an apartment on a Tuscan estate for GBP268,120, property agency Luca Santoro of House & Loft stated.
Such residences will offer those who buy them a chance to become involved in the viniculture process.
The paper also noted that such possibilities also exist in other parts of Italy, such as the south of the country, where deals for stone cottages in Basilicata or Puglia also include being supplied with 50 to 100 bottles each year.
Tuscany may particularly appeal due to its well-known products such as Chianti.
Other elements of the region that could aid its popularity include some unusual traditional events, such as the Barchini Boat Race, in which four boats on wheels - each representing a different part of the town - are wheeled round a circuit.
