Description of buildings The property is comprised of a 413 m2 main farmhouse, a 54 m2 renovated guest apartment, and one more 40 m2 outbuilding that still needs to be restored. The main house is laid out over two floors with a total surface area of about 300 m² plus a garage and about 100 m² of additional spaces. The ground floor has a lovely eat-in kitchen that faces the main entrance zone and the backyard garden- both practical and pleasant for outdoor dining- and a sitting room/studio. The garage is located on the side with convenient access house access. If desired, the main farmhouse can be further expanded by about 100 m². Condition The farmhouse and outbuilding were renovated maintaining the original characteristics, typical of rural homes in Umbria, with exposed stone exteriors. The windows, stairways, corners, and chimney are finished and embellished with terracotta. The large and numerous windows create a bright and pleasant atmosphere in all the living areas. The sleeping quarters feature parquet flooring and the exposed beams and tiles on the ceiling make for a cozy and warm atmosphere. Outdoor space The house is surrounded by more than 7 hectares of land, including an olive grove with about 300 trees, many of which are still producing. A large area surrounding the buildings is fenced. A driveway bordered by aromatic lavender provides access to the property. A level area has been created in the backyard of the farmhouse with a lawn, perfect for outdoor dining or to sunbathe in complete privacy and soak up the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool is located in the front of the guest house, which is slightly higher than the main farmhouse.
