It has its own population of over 1000 habitants and has undergone significant regeneration in 2008 with a brand new promenade and Amphitheatre this smart little village is incredibly popular in the summer months with Italians on vacation.
Acting as an excellent base from which to explore the local area, the popular resort of Amantea lays just a short 10-minute drive to the North and the ever-popular iconic towns of Tropea and Pizzo are a short 40 minute drive to the south.
