This apartment is located just outside the castle walls ofCastello delle Forme, a pretty village overlooking the Tiber Valley. The village is 12km from Marsciano, 26km from Perugia, 29km from San'Egidio airport (Ryanair), 38km from Assisi, and 30km from Todi. The local railway station is just 3km with trains running to Perugia and Terni, where you can change for Florence and Rome. In the square of Castello delle Forme there isa bar which is about to be moved into a brand-new building next to the apartments, together with a bread and pastry shop. Within five minutes drive are three restaurants,a pizza bar, supermarket and post office. At the foot of the hill is a small leisure complex for the village comprising atennis court/playing pitchwith another bar. We are told there are plans to build a pizzeria and swimming pool here too. There is even an airstrip for light aircraft just 2km away if you have your own plane!
Accommodation
This apartment is on the second floor of a pair of three-storey buildings. Each building has eight apartments, three on the ground floor, three on the first floor, and two on the second floor.

The entrance door to the apartment leads off this hallway intothe living room with kitchenette and glazed doors to the dining terrace. A further door leads into the night area with double bedrooms, single bedroom, a bathroom comprising shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

The apartment has its own wrap-around terrace of 55m2 with shared use of the swimming pool and communal gardens.
Access
The property is accessed from the asphalt road that leads round the village. Entrance gates lead into the grounds where there is parking for visitors and access to the basement garages.

The views are stunning, looking out over the Tiber Valley to the distant hills and often snow-capped mountains beyond.

We are proud to be involved in this wonderful project in our own village. The architect has created a design in sympathy with the surroundings and in the shadow of the castle walls.
