This last one is worldwide famous for the Ciclopic Walls, built in the VII century B.C. and still in site, and for being the native town of Cicerone. The area is filled by monuments and naturalistic sites. Casa rurale, ubicata in una piccola corte, disposta su 3 piani fuori terra con un annesso situato a circa 5 metri di distanza dall’ingresso principale ed un giardino che circonda l’annesso di circa 200 mq. Ogni piano dell’abitazione principale ha una superficie al lordo delle mura di 65 mq.L’annesso è invece disposto su due livelli, di 30 mq/cad. uno fuori terra e l’altro interrato su un solo lato, con i restanti due dei tre lati interrati per meno del 50 ed un lato libero.Il fabbricato principale è parzialmente ristrutturato ed ha le mura perimetrali in pietra in perfette condizioni. Il tetto è stato interamete ricostruito nel 2000. Il solaio tra il piano terra ed il piano 1o è in buone condizioni e necessita la ripavimentazione. Il solaio tra il p1 ed il p2 deve essere invece interamente ricostruito. Il bagno è stato ricostruito nel 2006.L’annesso è invece nello stato di rudere, con la possibilità di una limitata estensione di volumetria o superficie calpestabile.La proprietà in parola è ubicata in un’area di grandissimo valore naturalistico è storico, nel comune di Pescosolido, in provincia di Frosinone, parte del Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise. A circa 10 Km di distanza è raggiungibile il confine con l’Abruzzo, a circa 30 Km Frosinone, a circa 10 km le città di Sora ed Arpino. Quest’ultima è nota per essere la città natale di Cicerone e per essere dominata dalle mura ciclopiche edificate nel VII sec. A.C..
