The magazine is produced by Incisive Media, the same group that publishes the world-renowned Investment Week. The developments featured (all of which are available to IPIN members) include images and information of excellent investment opportunities in Morocco, Dubai, and Brazil.

1st June 2008 - Overseas Property Professional

The UK-based Overseas Property Professional magazine writes about Propertyshowrooms.com twice in one issue! Their June edition carries an article explaining how the company is "opening up listing ability for agents in countries where commission levels are very low on resales" (eg. Romania, Poland, Malaysia, Singapore).

The article quotes the Propertyshowrooms.com business and media manager Peter Mindenhall: "For a fee of 75€ a month, each agency can list an unlimited number of properties." He explains that only companies with quality listings, descriptions and images will qualify for inclusion.

The magazine also prints a complimentary article about the new expanded media section of the Propertyshowrooms.com website.

28th May 2008 - The Independent

The Independent's Graham Norwood writes an in-depth piece about golf property in Dubai, using quotes from Propertyshowrooms.com Operations Manager Gareth Milton, to back up his article.

He writes: "Welcome to Dubai, the self-proclaimed leading golf destination of the world. Well, perhaps. Purists may still invoke the Algarve in Portugal, the Spanish Costa del Sol or Florida in the US as rivals for that title. But no one can dispute Dubai's ambitions."

He also explores the advantages of buying golf property, saying "In 2009 the city-state will host the world's richest golf tournament, the European Tour's $10m (£5.3m) Dubai World Championship. With prize money like that, the area's courses are kept in pristine condition so they offer fantastic playing experiences for anyone buying a home close by."

All of which is particularly relevant given the fantastic Sports City Dubai development available to Propertyshowrooms.com IPIN investors.

In response to our Top Ten countries for investment report, the International Herald Tribune property writer Kevin Brass, is somewhat jovial in his comments, saying that the report is worth "little more than a chuckle" (!) However, Kevin goes on to admit that:

"The list does represent something of the current attitudes toward certain markets" and that "It's fair to say that most of the markets (in the report) would make many experts' list of countries primed for a run-up."

23rd October 2007 - CNBC Arabian Property Awards

Propertyshowrooms.com won the title of “Best Property Portal” in the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards of 2007. No mean feat when you consider the strength of competition from thousands of worldwide web-based investment companies.

The awards were supported among others, by Member of Parliament Eric Pickles - the Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. He commented: “The Arabian Property Awards remain the gold standard by which others should be judged. We continue our commitment to monitoring, assessing and rewarding progress and quality.”

4th October 2007 - Daily Telegraph

The Daily Telegraph's property overseas section features a number of properties, including a Moroccan development from Propertyshowrooms.com, which is described as "boasting possibly the best payment terms of any development in Morocco." The article goes on to say "the resort, near Tetouan, is 60km from Tangier, with the new highway under construction between Tangier and Tetouan another plus."
