Real estate firm Legalex Group, formerly known as Medio y Heredia, has officially opened offices in Saidia, which is situated on the Mediterranean coast of northern Morocco.
The firm, which has also has offices in Spain and Mexico, grew out of the Spanish property boom and specialises in foreign markets and legal challenges.
Legalex's new office includes a notaries-trained lawyer who is also a conveyancing expert, an accountant and tax advisor, as well as an administrator. This experience is particularly useful when overseas property investors need help when dealing with foreign jurisdictions.
Propertyshowrooms.com international sales manager Andy Welland said the move "is a significant indicator as to the progress of the Saidia project as whole", providing a "confidence boost" to existing and new purchasers of property.
He added: "This is a commitment to the long term future of the Saidia project from a well-known law firm who have identified the outstanding potential for the future property resale market."
Saidia is often dubbed the blue pearl of the Mediterranean because of its crystal-clear waters.
