A couple's search for a coastal property in Morocco is set to feature on the new series of TV programme Fantasy Homes by the Sea.
Beginning on UKTV Style today (January 19th), the show is presented by Jenni Falconer and will follow the progress of Adele Cable and Stuart Eaglestone as they look for a Moroccan home with a budget of £450,000, the Sunday Mail reports.
According to the Scottish newspaper, houses in the north African country have "charm by the bucketload", while also being more affordable than many European locations.
"On average, property prices in the north African country are around half that of Europe's most popular resorts, so you will definitely get more bang for your buck," it states.
The publication also recommends investing in one of Morocco's traditional riads, commenting on the "gorgeous interior courtyards" of these properties.
Earlier this month, the Moroccan authorities unveiled plans to build a brand new city in the Al Boughaz region by 2020.
