Morocco property event planned in Dubai

An exhibition focusing on the investment opportunities available in the Moroccan real estate sector is due to be held in Dubai next year.

In January, developers from the nation and those interested in ploughing money into property in Morocco will meet in the emirate.

The organisers chose Dubai as the location for the event due to the high number of Moroccan expats currently living and working in the area.

As well as providing investors with the chance to speak to real estate professionals operating in the African nation, a series of seminars and conferences will be held to provide a greater insight into the prospects of the sector in the future.

Running over the course of three days from January 19th to 21st, attendees can learn more about real estate trends in the country, as well as how to finance property deals and what tax regulations they will need to be aware of in the country.

Two further exhibitions will be held to promote the nation's property industry in 2012, one in Montreal, Canada in April and another in Frankfurt, Germany in June.
