The reason that this mixed use from project is so special is that it will provide business conferencing along with a diversified combination of leisure activities including; water sports from the new lake being constructed, Polo and other equestrian sports as well as golf.
There are 30 000 Polo players across Europe. The reason that it is a sport that has been out reach for so many people is because one would need to invest in one's own horses as well as equipment.
