Prospective investors in foreign property have been encouraged to consider buying in Portugal's Silver Coast region.
Orizon Compo Real said that during the last few years, the area had seen consistent capital annual growth of at least ten per cent.
Furthermore, the Silver Coast was said to be cheaper than other parts of the country, while still offering potential bargains to overseas property investors.
Speaking to Homes Worldwide, chairman Eduardo Netto de Almeida commented: "Many buyers are attracted to the region's natural beauty and prefer it to the high-priced Algarve."
Meanwhile, the Irish Independent has also recommended the Portuguese market to overseas investors.
The newspaper highlighted various benefits of the country, such as its broad appeal, strong economy and rising property prices.
Investors were also told that the country also offered a range of good leisure facilities in popular holiday areas, such as swimming pools, golf courses and tennis courts.
