This spacious house is located near the village of São João de Boa Vista, close to Tábua, in the green zone near Lameiras.
On the exterior are the granite walls still visible, but on the inside the walls are insulated with plasterboard. The windows are double glazed.

On the ground floor is a dining room, a kitchen with access to the terrace behind the house and one room which can be used as an office or bedroom. Here is a stove.
