House with large terrace, pool and garden in Central Portugal.

This detached house was built in 1998 and is located on a quiet area in Central Portugal. The area has a natural and peaceful environment and is located about 20 km from the geographic centre of Portugal.

Around the house are some mandarin trees. And there is a huge vineyard in the backyard (with a great view), a garage and a swimming pool (approx. 20 m2). Between the vineyard and the pool are more terraces. All this on a total area of 2200 m2. The garage/barn (50 m2) is on the lowest floor of the house, partly under the ground. Above the garage/barn are the living and sleeping areas which are on the same level as the pool terrace.

The house has two bedrooms (each 9.6 m2), a bathroom (with a shower in the bathtub), a living room with open kitchen (32 m2). And in the barn is also a separate bedroom.

The pool area has a separate covered sitting area and there is an outdoor shower and barbecue.

The property has enough land and many possibilities for further expansion.

There are lots of possibilities to visit several Portuguese towns, but also the more familiar cities such as Fatima (55 km), Batalha (72 km) and the beach resort Nazaré (105 km).
The more cultural city of Coimbra is close (45 min.).

Daily shopping can be done in Cabaços (6 km), Tomar (30 km) and Ferreira do Zézere (9 km) where a market takes place every month. The lake Tejo Zézere (with a length of 65 km) is only 7 km from the house.

The region will be more accessible soon because they’re building a new highway.

It is possible to take over the furniture, but this is not included in the price.
