Rural Farm with an area of land of 14.800 m2, owning two buildings, although in need of restoration work. The urban area, buildings and cover area is 920 m2. The property borders the Ribeira da Pracana. This property is located on the outskirts of the tiny village in the district of Macao. The farm is almost entirely flat, having a slope at one end, the part that collides with the river flowing water throughout the year. The land is of good quality, and with several fruit trees. The access are by paved road. One house is being restored. In the ground floor there is a huge room, a kitchen and a storage room. On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms and a multipurpose space. Both houses have electricity and water. In the works we recommend the builder, Near Praia do Carvoeiro River, 15 minutes from the exit junction of the A23 (motorway) and 1.50 hour drive from Lisbon.
