Village house, for renovation, in Touriz – Tábua.

This house is located in a small street in the village Touriz.
The house will be a nice holiday home, after the necessary renovations. But it is also big enough and suitable for permanent residence.

On the ground floor is a spacious living room with tiled floor, a bathroom with shower and a storage room.

The first floor is accessible through a granite staircase outside. Here is a kitchen and two rooms.
From the kitchen is a staircase to the attic. The attic is for storage but maybe you can make a small room there.

The house must be renovated but after the renovation it will be a nice place in a nice village. The village is located in Central Portugal, near the Serra da Estrela, ideal for hiking and skiing. Coimbra is at 60 km and the Atlantic Ocean is an hour drive away.
