Parque Don José is a fully equipped resort complex in the Canary Island's Costa del Silencio, near the quaint fishing village of Las Galletas and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and of course fantastic beaches.

Parque Don José presents an excellent investment opportunity, especially for those buying a holiday home investment, i.e. to rent out when they are not sunning themselves. For pure investors, capital appreciation on these apartments is likely to be anywhere between 10% and 15% per year. Prices are slightly higher on this development than on some of the off-plan developments around the world, but for that little extra you get the safety of buying into a property you can go and see, use/rent-out straight away, and in an established and secure market, with a well-developed infrastructure and easily marketed holiday package.
This area is set for massive growth with planning permission passed for a new five star hotel, an artificial beach and a spa.

The Property:
Parque Don José is a fully equipped resort in an area with plenty to see and do for all the family. Fisherman will love a walk down to Las Gallettas fishing village, to buy their fishing tackle, and head off to the waterside, where there is always plenty of friendly fellow anglers happy to give advice on the best tactics.
At the nearby beach there is a lovely promenade with dozens of cafes, bars and restaurants. But the resort has its own bar, with outdoor seating on decking, enjoying excellent views of the gorgeous walk-in swimming pool (see pictures), and a canopy for when it gets that little bit hot. The resort also has tennis courts and, plenty for the kids, including a children's swimming pool and play area.
